The Arts Project Syracuse provides fully funded transformative arts programming to under-resourced youth in Syracuse, New York. The TAPS model focuses on finding qualified Syracuse artists and art teachers and train them with local and national artists to best serve students in the Syracuse area.

TAPS is almost entirely funded through generous contributions from individuals and organizations. TAPS is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization and all donations are tax deductible.
